This plan is suitable for companies who wish to receive the maximum discount on most services offered whether service calls are "on demand", "scheduled" or "Emergency"

As our prepaid customer, we will give you our highest priority service and promptly dispatch the nearest technician to your location when required.*  You will also receive helpful telephone support without additional costs for most calls.

  1. Clearlink Computer Services will present receipts at each service call with details of services completed and hours worked; discounts will be immediately applied. We will also mail a monthly statements with your account balance.

  2. Discounts can be applied to the following services: PC Repair, MAC Repair, networking, training, programming, Laser Printer Support and notebook repair. Discounts do not apply to Website design, Website Marketing, media services and Data Cabling.

  3. Prepaid amounts are usable for up to 12 month and are transferable upon approval.

  4. Additional time requested by the client after the completion of the prepaid account is billed at regular rates.
  5. Prepaid payments and discounts are applied to labor only and are not applied to parts or materials  (billed separately)

Clearlink Scheduled Support Plan
Clearlink Computer Service's Scheduled Support Plan is Professional Account Management service that utilizes our entire team of technicians and support staff to take responsibility for coordinating preventive maintenance, documentation, hardware repairs, printer support, equipment procurement, training and more at discounted rates.

A Technician will arrive at your location on a regularly scheduled basis to solve current Technical issues and assist workstation users.  At the same time, a senior technician will remotely monitor your servers to maintain your network at peak performance and security. 

Professional Account Management
We are like having your very own 10 man IT department without the costs.  We will save you time by providing regular preventive maintenance and monitoring of your system   In the long run, your costs will be less then multiple vendors or in-house staff.

Priority  Telephone Support
As our  scheduled customer, we will give you our highest priority service and you will receive helpful telephone support without additional cost for most calls.

  1. To qualify for the discounted rates scheduled times are required to be arranged for a minimum of 1 month in advance, at the same day of the week and times.

  2. Continuous additional time requested or required by the client after a scheduled Service Call will be billed at the same discounted price.

  3. Requests for Service Calls outside the scheduled days or times including weekends will be considered "On-demand Service" and billed at without discounts and not included as part of the scheduled weekly or monthly hours.  (On-Demand Service rates are $75 per hour for a workstation (Junior) Technician, $95 per hour for a Senior Technician and $60 per hour for Remote support.

  4. A minimum number of scheduled hours (12 hours per month) are required to remain qualified for discounts.

-Labor billing does not include parts/materials
-Service available in the Reno-Tahoe-Carson City areas only, and subject to approval
-Printer Support and Data Cabling, Web Marketing are not discounted.
-Priority Response does not guarantee a response time.  Emergency response is billed at $115 per hour and prepaid customers will receive the respective discount off $115.
